I’m trying to be better about sharing the bridal sessions that I photograph. Usually, they’re taken just before or during our busy season and I can’t share them when I take them. Since I can’t share them right away, I try my best not to think about them or I’ll just want to share them all! Luckily, August is a bit too warm here in Texas for outdoor weddings, so it’s the perfect excuse to finally share some of our Spring brides’ bridal sessions! Here is a peek at Kayla’s Barr Mansion bridal photos!
There are two places that I try to suggest for brides who don’t know where they want to take their bridals. One of them is Barr Mansion. It’s a historic mansion tucked away from the noisy city of Austin, but still a close drive. My heart goes pitter-patter for their 2nd story balcony and wrap-around porch. There’s something so Southern about it and classic. I also love the architecture of it and all the available clean light! While I could probably shoot the entire session here, there are a ton of other options of locations for Barr Mansion bridal photos!
Kayla loves all things Kendra Scott, so she sported these beauties during her bridal session and on her wedding day!
If you’re still looking for a place to take your bridal photos, I’d love to recommend Barr Mansion! It’s a great location with tons of spots for photos! At Kayla’s Barr Mansion bridal photos, we actually ran out of time before we ran out of possible locations. It’s also not too far from the toll road, so it’s fairly easy to get to. They also give you the bridal suite to change before and after your session.
